Fees and Registration
Nursery fees are reviewed annually. Fees for September 2025 – August 2026 will be published in July 2025.
Both 15 and 30 hours funding is based on 38 weeks of the year, giving eligible families 570 and 1,140 hours respectively. To keep your payments to an equal monthly fee throughout the year, we ‘stretch’ this funding over the 51 weeks per year that we are open. We are closed for one week between Christmas and New Year.
Additional care is charged at £6.00 per half an hour. Early starts from 7:00am and late finishes up to 7.00pm are available (our usual opening time is 7:30am and closing time is 6:30pm).
The fees are inclusive of:
- Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, tea and all refreshments
- Formula milk if required (for under 1’s only) and an individualised menu when they wean
- Nappies, creams and wipes, including sun cream
- Swimming class (subject to availability).
Please note that there is a minimum booking requirement of three full-days.
We accept payment by standing order/BACS transfer monthly in advance. All major childcare vouchers are accepted.

Funding information – 15 Hours Funding
You can access the 15 hours universal funding entitlement in the term after your child’s third birthday. Once eligible, we stretch the 15 hours funding over 51 weeks of the year.
For families accessing the 15 hours childcare, a minimum booking pattern of three days per week is required. For families accessing the 30 hours childcare a minimum booking pattern of four days a week is required.

This means you receive 11 hours 10 minutes or 22 hours 20 minutes every week of the year and don’t receive a higher bill outside of term time.
